Ship Facts: Celebrity Eclipse Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Celebrity Eclipse Deck Plans
New Years Eve Cruise
We cruise every New Years Eve and this is our second cruise with Celebrity. First cruise was on the Constellation.

Cabin was amazing as well as our butler Ram and room attendant Enrique. Room was ALWAYS meticulous and both men catered to our every need.

Food in Oceanview, hated it. No taste, very bland, running eggs and overall a big disappointment. We did eat in the Tuscan Grill and Blu and loved both of those restaurants and had two meals in Moonlight Sonata but ended up eating the chicken both nights. The food has gone way down hill since our first Celebrity trip.

Patti the cruise director was FANTASTIC and her voice is INCREDIBLE. It was also nice (for a change) to have an American cruise director as we don't get most of the British cruise director's humor.

Shows were unbelievable ( we only went to three shows with the singers and dancers).

Casino - forget it, you couldn't win if you life depended on it.

New Years Eve and the Tropical Night it poured down rain but the party continued.

We'd cruise with Celebrity again but the food definitely has to change.

One more bone of contention is disembarkation, it was a disaster. Lines, lines, lines. We didn't get off the ship until approximately 10:30 and never got out of the terminal until around noon. The new passengers were getting on and we were just getting off.
