First time with Princess

Sail Date: December 2012
Destination: Southern Caribbean
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Embarkation : a nightmare, long and disorganized

Cabin : smallest at sea and below average services, no towel animal, no ice, bare minimum :-(

New years eve : no champagne toast or drinks offered to guests ?? New years day same thing ?? we paid more for this new year cruise, come on Princess !

Dining room : above average, excellent service and very good food, matre D is doing a great job not accepting guys wearing shorts in the dining room !!

Shows: above average, the best we have seen so far at sea

Sun decks : not enough chairs, people holding to chairs all day all week :-(

Food : best pizza at sea, we have to ask waiters for lemonade nonsense

Ship cleanliness : below average , ashamed , dirty decks , we never see employees cleaning rails, elevators and windows never ???

Disembarkation : a long nightmare too

Overall : not worth the money , We will not return to Princess Less
