This was our first cruise and to honest we were extremely nervous. We embarked with no hassle whatsoever with minimal fuss and time.
When we'd had a look around the ship and had our first taste of the fabulous food it was time to get into our state room where we were pleasantly surprised. Yes the cabins aren't large but they have an amazing amount of storage and are very well designed. We had a balcony cabin which I would recommend as they are larger then the indoor and also it was lovely as we were sailing into a port to sit on the balcony.
Everything was so well organised. The kids club was exceptional. We travelled with our 10 year old daughter who is normally not keen to go the kids club but once we had persuaded her to go once there was no stopping her, in fact she insisted on going every evening. The staff was brilliant and I could not fault the set up at all.
We ate at the Manhattan room, Cagneys Steakhouse, the buffet and Shanghai, which were all exceptional. We also ate at la Cucina which was a little disappointing as was the food in the Circue Dinner show. Don't get me wrong the food was ok but definitely not up to standard of the other restaurants.
We only did one trip with NCl but this was well organised if a little expensive but that's to be expected.
Blue man group and circue dreams show were both spectacular and on a par with shows we've seen in Vegas.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and could find little to find fault with. We met some amazing people, a real diverse group and can't wait till our next trip.
