Ship Facts: Liberty of the Seas Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Liberty of the Seas Deck Plans
5 Fun Days
First off, embarkation was a breeze, no line for diamond members, straight to the front. On the ship by 11:30 straight to the Windjammer.

Took our daughter's boyfriend with us, he was amazed at this ship as only been on Majesty before.

Some quick thoughts;

We were upgraded from inside to balcony, FANTASTIC! Thought the upgrade fairy was a myth.

Food-Dining Room 3 of 5 nights, food was excellent but service was 5 star. Our waiter aimed to please and gave us whatever we wanted, extra app's extra entre's etc. Headwaiter came by EVERY night and was great.

Windjammer was good, but not great as you might expect.

Chops and Johnnie Rockets both excellent in their own way.

Shows: Saw them at Thanksgiving but thought Saturday Night Fever not as good this time, I think it was the male lead, just not convincing as before.

We did rock wall and flow rider, very fun but they now limit the tricks you can do on the flow rider due to someone breaking his arm.

pool deck. no problem getting lounges the weather was perfect both days.

Casino was NOT very good to us but my 20 year old son won $ 250 in the blackjack tourney so that helped.

Ports: Belize-Did zip lining with Belize Exotic Adventures, $ 75.00 each for our own van, Mario (nickname Super)as our tour guide, zipping and a decent lunch, well worth the money. Belize leaves a lot to be desired though, very poor, no beaches at all nearby and rally run down, probably wouldn't get off the ship if we went there again.

Cozumel-Nachi Cocum as our last 4 visits, perfect day, food unbelievable, massages and lots of drinks, always good.

Couple of bad things; Tendering to Belize was one of the worst experiences we have had on a cruise. Because we booked a private tour all the Royal sponsered tours were allowed to get off before anyone else. We stood in line for 1 1/2 hours with no info from Royal personnel. The line went from the 2nd floor lobby up the stairs to 4 and way down the public areas from there. People were lin jumping like crazy and when we called someone on it he wanted to fight about it! Security came and took he and his girlfriend to their cabin. It was

a total disaster. Finally got to terminal at 11:00 and almost missed our tour.

Deembarkation: Nightmare as well-9:30 time-Huge lines inside and outside leading us to another terminal for baggage and customs, about 1 1/2 hours total as well. Good thing we had a 12:50 flight. Would definitely recommend self carry as early as possible in the morning.

Overall, loved the ship and had a great cruise.
