We wanted a Christmas and New Year cruise to South America and Celebrity's itinerary seemed to fit the bill. The agents highly recommended Celebrity for its ships, its cabins, food and service. The price of its premium cabins x 4 should have reflected this view. I am afraid Celebrity did not live up to this in a number of ways.

The first thing I would say is the itinerary was wonderful, South America, the ports and rounding Cape Horn was everything we had hoped for. The weather treated us well and the scenery was amazing. I would highly recommend this part of the world if you have it on your bucket list do it. However don't necessarily do it with Celebrity.

The Aqua cabins were very nice, not spacious, but clean, tidy, functional and well maintained. The balcony got a lot of use through the Chilean Fjords early morning and late at night. Cabin service was as expected, not amazing and not lacking in anything.

Cabin Review

Cabin CC

Aqua cabin 1123, in fact I had 1123, 1120 1146 and 1126. The cabins were in a new section as part of refit on deck 11, midships to aft. They are well paced for everything on the ship. They are quiet and work well for the pool, spa and entertainment. I would recommend these above the other similar cabins.
