This is a short review of the Crown Princess. We embarked at Rome and 39 days later disembarked at Galveston.
We found the Crown Princess to be a lovely ship but the atrium was a bit small for the entertainment they placed in it. The staff were fantastic and could not fault them.
Our cabin was an inside but unfortunately was affected terribly by noise from the Princess Theatre. We were at the front of the ship and on Level 10 Caribe and we could recognize the songs and hear the bass, three shows a day and when they practiced. Obviously we avoided our room, but after a week we asked to be moved and luckily they had availability at the other end of the ship. I have to mention the staff were very helpful with our noise problem.
We had eaten at every restaurant and were very happy with the food, presentation and waitstaff. A great experience.
The various ports we visited were great, and even though it was November/December, Greek Isles were warm, but More as you got closer to Venice it got colder. We had plenty of warm clothing, so was not surprised by the 3c in Florence. Caribbean was warm and humid but lovely weather.
All in all we had a great experience with Princess Cruises. Less
