Staff was very friendly and helpful. Solarium pool wasn't heated for the first 3 days. I finally got in touch with the chief maint officer and the heaters were turned on.It made the pool much more enjoyable for many. I enjoyed the steam room in the Spa.
We had issues of food not being hot when delivered to our table. The waiter and Head waiter got on the situation right away and it helped sometimes. This happened more then once.
Having a Cigar room indoors is the Library area is very silly, since they have other smokers outside on the decks in areas. Smoking inside with Cigars stinks the halls up on 7th deck. This really needs to be corrected.
Charging extra for Lobster and Steak from the Portofino section on the menu was unacceptable, what happened to the nights they had Lobster 1 night on a cruise.
We enjoyed some of the excursions that we hadn't done before.
It's nice to know that Visions is going in for an overhaul in a few months. overall cruise was satisfying and good food in the Windjammer.
