This ship is a wonderful option for both couples and families, and we had a great time on our family cruise to Alaska.

The dining experience onboard the Sapphire Princess is decent. I liked the two for-fee restaurants.

Sabitini's Italian Restaurant is the highlight of the ship. The meal costs an additional $20 per person, but it is well worth it. You select an entree, but the meal also includes amazing appetizers and a delicious tiramisu. The atmosphere of the dinner is also very pleasant.
