Embarkation took 2 and 1/2 hours. Disembarkation took 1 1/2 hours standing on the deck in very inclement weather. Very stressful!
Booked as a group of 5 cabins with 10 people we arranged for us to be seated together as we were a family. We were placed at 3 different tables and at different times. We waited for an hour to rearrange this and agreed to a table for 8 as the only alternative. More stress!
On board credit was given to 4 sets of the passengers from their Grandpa. He asked for a card to be sent to them saying, "Love, Gram pa." Two sets got the card, two sets did not. How unkind!
$55.00 to play bingo? $4.00 for a cup of cappuccino? Way out of control!
Waiters and cooks parading around the dining room requesting applause on 4 different nights? Crew more important than the passengers?
No hand cream or conditioner or any amenities in the bathroom. Cheap?
The honeymoon couple next door were sent a bottle of champagne and strawberries with a card that said, " compliments of the ship " when in fact they were sent by a friend who was also on board.
Two shows were wonderful and the rest just horrible.
Food was OK, just like every other ship in this price range.
The crew needs to get new shoes.
