Singapore embarkation was mayhem , signs directing passengers and luggage to allocated area too short couldn't be seen above heads causing confusion and delays ..I think this might have been deliberate delaying tactic by those in command so the crew could sanitise ship ,there were people onboard who had Norovirus before Singapore and a highly contagious chest infection that swept through the ship , I heard the chest infection came abroad in Shanghai .. I personally know 4 people on the cruise two from Fremantle two from Mandurah who were hospitalise ..
Food was bland and boring never hot just warm steak tough dry fish same .. Food items ran out and never replaced . ....Windjammer difficult to find free table ...Coffee I think dish water would taste better and to add insult served in a melamine mug ..Ben and Jerry's coffee at $3.70 no better they had two fancy professional Espresso coffee machines that weren't used except to steam milk and water ..I watched the young lady tip a measure of powdered coffee into take away cup then add hot milk mix .. About time they invested in a couple of Nespresso machines ,if staff can't use or are not trained to use the professional machine ...
Cabin : over all clean . Sofa worn thread bare and stained .. Curtains need an update ..Pillows horrible flat pancakes .. Mattress hard .. No toiletries in cabin ..No Coffee Sachets .No complimentary water .. Tap water smelt like sewerage and was colour of urine ...
Public area's were ok but very noisy crowded .. Shows bit cheesy and not for everybody.
Ice show couldn't get in to see it ..
Disembarkation in Fremantle no problems
No more cruising on virus infected ships for me stick to dry land where I can escape if there is an outbreak .. Its like being locked in a shopping centre with 4000+ people with a virus scary
