Flew from Heathrow to Miami with smooth transfer straight to the boat at around 4pm. No priority embarkation for suites however no problem as checked straight in and straight to our stateroom. Very large with large bed and two single beds for kids. Seperate dressing area with vanity and large bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks. Got to give special mention here to Putu and Eva for their phenomenal service. Breakfast everyday on the balcony, on time and hot! Kids loved the pancakes. Everywhere on the ship was spotless, no sickness that I could see. We tended to avoid the buffet and had lunch and dinner at the MDR. George, our waiter, again was fantastic and service again was great. Don't expect 24oz steaks, it's a European ship, so food was pasta and meat and it was lovely - tirimasu was divine. There was not one meal that we did not like in the MDR but we visited the speciality restaurant and understood why it was empty - fab service but food was terrible - the steaks were OK but couldn't say much more than that so don't waste your money. Sea days were always busy and I struggled to find a bed at times - there were bed hoggers and no policing of moving towels so others could use a bed. Tip - wait til 12 noon lunch time and then there should be plenty then when everyone goes for lunch. Won over $500 at the casino so no complaints there!

Dealers were great. Take the all inclusive drinks package - includes shirley temples and pink panthers and our kids drink them like water. Cocktails, beers and prosecco included so it's a must - we saved well over $1000 using this. Ports of call were pleasant but did not like Belize - 5 miles out at sea and the tenders rocked terrible so would suggest a stay on the boat. Favourite was Cozumel and Grand Cayman - dolphins and shopping and great beaches, nice people too!

In all a fab cruise and we saved over 3k if we had booked the same with RCCL. Smooth disembarkation and transfer to airport with a quick stop for shopping at the Dolphin Mall. A holiday is what you make of it and I cannot get over how many complain about the service and food - get a life!! - the waiters are the kindest, nicest people you could meet and can't do enough for you and the food was good - catering for over 3000 people is no easy task.
