Sailed 10th December from Barcelona, 1st cruise after refit, what a beautiful ship, we have no complaints our holiday could not have been better will certainly return to this ship,
This is our 3rd cruise with RCI the other 2 have been on larger ships so must say this size is just right for us.
We had Grand Suite 1048 which was superb, decor was lovely and of course furniture all new.
The ship itself was lovely everything was new carpets, decor, seats and furnishings, there was no expense spared.
When we boarded ship we were welcomed on board with a glass of champagne.
Concierge lounge was lovely nice and big unlimited drink from 5 till 8.30pm with lovely food.
Never ate in MDR as never hungry enough, Windjammer and seaview cafe were great food was excellent choice was far too much.
Ist night there was a 70/80's disco/party in centrum was a great night.
The new English pub was nice and had karaoke but could only sit there for a few hours as smoking was allowed here and we don't smoke so didn't go back there.
Schooner bar was lovely and staff were great, spent most nights here with the piano man, he was very good and on one night had everyone up dancing was a really good night.
Rita's was new looked nice and you could buy nachos etc for a few dollars
Izumo looked nice the menu was good with the hot rock for cooking your food
Vintages wine bar was lovely the furnishings here were out of this world and again the R bar in Centrum was nice
We had a great time and cant wait to book again
