We had a disappointing start with embarkation. We were directed to Latitudes first, then sent to Casinos at Sea where we were checked in and escorted to VIP check in. We were not given any information or advance offers because we were already checked in. We were then put on an elevator and told it would take us directly to our Concierge but were not told it would stop on 18 floors first and we would be squashed in a corner. WRONG! We should have had an express ride up accompanied by a Butler, Concierge or VIP person. It was an unpleasant and disappointing beginning.

Being Thanksgiving week, the ship was jam packed full of extremely rude passengers and unattended children that had poor manners. We would have been unhappy had we been in the general population. Fortunately, we had a spa suite and were pampered with private spaces, private pool, pri ate bar, restaurant and lounge areas.

The Haven was fabulous. We had a delightful spot to dine three meals a day with no reservation required. The food was a cut above regular dining. The staff very personable and attentive.

Cabin Review

Spa Suite

Cabin H9

Too much noise above head late at night Spacious balcony but only one lounge chair and two upright chairs. Bamboo tables too unstable for a wine glass. Cabinets above head we felt wasted space. Closets broken up into three sections and not convenient. Very cramped for dining in room. Missed a couch and dining table. Fabulous coffee maker, Lavanzza, but poor choices of expresso, so a waste of space. Offered teas and expresso dolce (sweet expresso).
