This was our 5th Carnival Cruise. We chose this ship because of the ports.

Embarkation: Our flights and transportation were arranged by Carnival. Overall it was very organized and quick. We were very pleased with the service and the staff.

The Ship: The ship is in need of repair in some spots but was not dirty. The crew was working on various areas the entire cruise. Our cabins were adjoining. We were pleased with the space and the layout and this made it very convenient with the children. However, our room did not have adequate air conditioning. We spoke to both our cabin steward and the purser concerning this and got no resolution. Additionally, there was little or no hot water on port days before dinner and we often took cold showers.
