This was a wonderful cruise. We had room 12026 and it was beautiful. The concierge team (Andy, Alice, PJ) was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was happy. They also did everything they could to help us with any booking we wanted. The spa was full online but Alice managed to get us appointments.
The shows were terrific and very enjoyable. Aladdin was very entertaining and the genie was very funny. Dream & Believe were very well put together and the mixture of all the Disney movies was awesome.
The Aqua Duck was fun. Our 4 year old went on it 6 times, 2 times with mom, 2 times with dad, and 2 times with grandpa.
The cleanliness of the ship was terrific. There were hand sanitizer wipes at each restaurant and drink stations. They handed out sanatizer wipes as you walked into the restaurants.
Cabanas (the buffet) had good food. We ate their everyday for breakfast. We also ate at Flo's and it wasn't that great. Hamburgers had been sitting for awhile and the buns were hard as a rock. The pizza was ok but nothing to brag about. The 3 restaurants you rotate in the food were just ok. Our wait staff was bad, the first s3 nights we would get there on time and the table next to us would show up about 15 minutes late every night and they would get there drinks and food before us. When we said something to the manager he took care of making sure that didn't happen anymore, but it seemed that they were trying to get rid of us as fast as they could. They do cut up steak and that for your kids, but our waiter cut the pieces so big that I couldn't even have eaten the bites, so I had to finish cutting the food up for our 4 year old.
All in all the cruise was amazing, other than our issues at dinner. We will definitely be going on another Disney cruise. We are booking another one as we speak.
We will be going Concierge again and hope to get Andy, Alice, and PJ again. They are so fun to be around and our 4 year old just loves them.
