My wife and I were on board Celebrity Reflection Dec 8 - 15, 2012. It's a beautiful ship with lots of entertainment and things to do.
It's very high tech with smart TV's in the cabins, however there seems to be a few bugs that need to ironed out. Ours didn't always work and often stalled.
We didn't like the service in the main dining room. We're use to the attention you get on HAL were waiters pull out chairs for guests, place napkins on your lap and are quick to do just about anything to make you feel welcome. This never happened on Reflection.
The food in the dining room was great but there was no WOW factor. It seemed pretty average for a cruise ship. Considering what we paid, we expected it to be better.
The breakfast and lunch buffet seemed very unorganized. There were no lines, just a lot of guests roaming around bumping into one another. We were surprised that the selection never changed. It's the same everyday:( We like trying different foods and missed that about HAL.
