This was our 29th cruise and 4th Transatlantic so we knew what to expect. However, we got much more than expected.
Embarkation in Rome took a total of 10 minutes, and was the smoothest we have ever experienced. Our cabin was a Concierge class balcony and was 192 sq feet plus balcony which was fine. A little more closet and storage space would have been nice. The cabin was nicely laid out and had a 32" flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The ship is absolutely beautiful. Despite it's size, we never felt crowded and we never had any problems finding seating around the pool areas.
Service was excellent. The friendliness of the crew was genuine. They could not do enough to try to please the passengers.
Cabin 1065. Cabin was on Port side of ship so that we had full sun while crossing Atlantic. Cabin was large, about 192 sq. ft. However, we could have used more closet space and drawers. Balcony was about 75 Sq. Ft. and was large enough for two people on lounges. Cabin had 32" TV. Location was quiet.
