We boarded the Liberty December 1, 2012 with priority boarding for us and all guests. Our wedding was scheduled at 1 PM and all guests were able to go to their cabins and at least drop their carry on luggage. Most guests headed straight up to the Lido Deck for lunch. Everyone raved about the food that day including the Guy's Burgers and the strawberry cake pops.By 1 PM all guests were in the ceremony location and the carnival staff was amazing making sure all guests knew where to go and how to get there. Our reception was followed by a reception in the Hot and Cold Disco. It was an hour and half of non-stop drinking. We did miss the sail away party on deck because we were taking pictures, but no big deal for us. We then went and met our party in the Silver Dining Room for Diner. We had 3 tables of 10 and it was great. Our servers allowed us to change seating arrangements every night so we could talk with all of our guests each night. Every Night the dinner was better than the night before. The only complaint I have about the dining room was they no longer serve escargot there (we had to eat at the steakhouse on board to get escargot). But besides that everything was great. The stand out items were of course the Chateaubriand, the warm chocolate melting cake. We did make it to the dining room for breakfast two days and of course the eggs Benedict was fantastic, but the other really good item was the funky french toast...I highly suggest it! The Blue Iguana Burrito and Taco station was our favorite place to eat, the mexican eggs in the morning made for a great breakfast burrito and the salsa bar was phenomenal.
Enough about food....
EXCURSIONS:We did all excursion through the ship...we are afraid of getting left and in Belize we were very thankful or we would have bee finding our own way to Honduras.
