Having just come off the Adventure of the Seas, there were alot of great things about the ship and just a few not so great things.
The greatest was the crew. They really go above and beyond to make your experience a good one and to get to know you. Marcio in the Sports area is excellent and always has a smile for everybody. The dining room crew was fantantic to the children at our table and made sure they had a great time when they came to dinner by showing them how to make animals out of napkins or bring them around the dining room during the waiter dances.
The ship is starting to show wear but is kept extremely clean.
The two main problem we had with the ship was the embarkation where we waiting from 1:00-3:30pm in line. RCCL needs to find something to expidate this since they know there will be 4500 people checking in during the 5 hour period and keeping them standing in line is not acceptable. The other problem is beyond their control. Since this ship left out of San Juan, the ship was 75-80% Puerto Rican passengers who spoke only Spanish. The elevators would be completely full and would stop at a floor and 3 more Puerto Ricans would try to jam on, Americans and Europeans would wait until the next elevator. This happened everyday of our cruise.
