what we paid for the cruise. We are small ship cruiser preferring not to wait in lines for everything, but the Liberty did not feel like a big ship and the layout was quickly learned although not totally practical.

I must have forgotten about it being Thanksgiving week when I booked, and this cruise was crawling with kids. Kids out of control, misbehaving, be rude and stupid. In other words kids being kids with no parental control or concern. Unfortunately some families have turned a cruise ship into a floating babysitter and Carnival promotes this by having late night hour activies for kids starting at 10 PM going to 3AM. REALLY! Then they return to their cabins running down the halls and yelling. It's not really the kids fault the lack of parenting by the adults who gave birth to them. Just obnoxious.

This has got to be the ugliest ship interior I have ever seen - It is in need of a serious make-under. Ugh...Gaudy and overdone.
