Celebrity Remains on Top!
We checked in at the port in San Diego for our bus trip to Ensenada. There was a delay.no big deal,But Celebrity provided lunch.
Our bus trip to Ensenada had the normal delays at the boarder shockingly a few seemed overly irratated by this butI'm not going to let a couple of whinners ruin my day.
When we boarded and were handed a glass of bubbly we knew we were in for a delightful trip and we were not wrong.
We went to our stateroom and were greeted by Marco a man who loves his job and does it well. The cabin was a cozy 170 sq feet but with plenty of storage for mmy wifes things.
The first night we ate at the buffet and were delighted with the choices. We both had the stir fry and it was great.
The next night we went to the main dining and were served by Sasha and Anna
who were at the top of their game. The beef and lamb were very good and we had escargot most nights.Great desserts and the rum raison ice cream was to die for.
The 5 sea days were More enjoyable. The seas seemed exceptionbly smooth for for the Pacific.Lots of activities to keep yourself busy but I managed to go to the gym for some cardio everyday .
Enjoyed the bars .The Ice bar served great Martini's and Micheals had a very good section of beers.Enjoyed the live music.
Went through imagration when we arrived in Hilo and it went smoothly.
Sea were a little choppy in the tendering ports but Celebrity made sure we boarded safely.A couple of people not surprsinly thought that Celebrity has control of the seas(eyes rolling).
Overall a fantastic trip thanks to a Great Crew and a Great Ship Less
