This is our second time cruising... the first one was in Carnival and its only 5 days to Mexico. So comparing to this Hawaii itinerary is very different. 15 days was great and we really enjoyed it. I would start first for the positive side.
Activity staff was awesome. they are very friendly and helpful. Special mention for "Alex" the Mr. Unbelievable guy is so funny and friendly, when he's the one doing the activity theres no bored moment. the rest is ok.
Employees, waiters, servers and housekeepers. All of them are great. always smiling and greet you and make you feel welcome all the time.
Bands are awesome specially the Carousel Band, and the Ukulele duo Kunia and Keola.
Ok. let's talk about the negatives....
My only concern is the food in the island cafe. Everyday for 15 days, i saw a Curry in the asian menu... Tika masala, Chicken Curry, Beef Curry, Pork Curry,.. India's food all the time. And the food is always the same everyday, even in american cuisine. The food in the main dinning room is ok. But the service was awasome.
Their Entertainers in the Theater was fair. i would say 5 out of 15 shows that i only like. Specially the very last night of our cruise. I was expecting some spectacular for the final show but it turns our it was just a mixed performers who performed in the past night. I was very disappointed. I even fell asleep in two of their shows because it's so boring.....
So Overall is ok. I would really say they must improve their Entertainment in every nights. But i can say the staff and employees and great and the bands in the clubs and bars are awasome. So i would definitely recommend it to a friend.
