Check in and valet parking - excellent & convenient.
Stateroom very clean & comfortable. Service brilliant. Shower more usable than tiny shower on Victoria.
We dined in Brittania & did not use the kings Court buffet except to take a coffee. Feeding frenzy in there totally amazing.
Food & service in Brittania excellent. Great variation in menus - portions just right - healthy options. Our experience enhance by fabulous service from Sommelier Mira - great knowledge & love of wines - & Roopesh & Paulina. Bit of advice - give your drink budget to your sommelier & let them choose your wine every day - they will do you proud.
This is a fantastic ship - pure class - lovely attentive well trained staff including in the Pub - thanks Sheldon for being so good.Much better than Victoria.
Disappointing is nr. of people who use wheelchairs & scooters who when they want to suddenly rise up & walk!Cunard realy kind to disabled folk.
Entertainment could be a bit more lively - good singers - av. dancers but more popular musical shows would be great. Thomsons know how to stage these. Very varied & huge activity & lecture programme.
Gym needs an attendant to supervise users & explain equipment to those first timers. If people have gripes about this ship - there is something wrong with them or they just have bad luck.
