Our cabin was 11612, which was not clean when we arrived, there were no towels, the glasses in the bathroom were dirty, the telephone did not work, and the refrigerator I requested for my insulin was dirty and not plugged in.
On several days we had to request wash cloths and towels, because only one of each was left in the cabin.
The food in the buffet area was always cold; nothing was hot or even looked appealing to eat. After the Second day, we were tired of chicken and penne pasta. The roast at the craving station was over cooked and dry. The hot dogs looked like they were left over from another cruise and were cold, the hamburgers were so dry, the fries were cold and the pizza tasted like rubber. Breakfast was a nightmare, the bacon was mostly fried fat, the eggs and sausage were cold. You had to ask for the toast to be re-toasted, who wants to put butter on cold bread. The mini sandwiches lacked meat. What happened to adult size glasses for water and tea, and some of the staff in the buffet area were so rude. If this is the best you can do, then place a few microwave ovens by the glasses, your guest will thank you.
The food in the main dining rooms was a joke. I ordered the rib-eye steak and was surprised at how thin it was and the food was not hot and just tasteless. What happened to the midnight buffets? Stop calling that mound of whip cream a birthday cake, there is almost no cake and just lots of whip cream.
The Blue Lagoon was the only place you could go to for hot food without paying extra and the staff was WONDERFUL.
We were truly disappointed; several of the other guests we spoke to were just as dissatisfied with the food, lack of TV channels and programs.
