We have recently returned from a 14:day cruise from Singapore to Fremantle on the Voyager of the Seas and as experienced cruisers we were less than impressed.
The organisation on board was very poor with lots of errors and omissions in the daily programmes as well as long delays in trying to get a response from the ships people.
The food was average, we rated it as 'pub quality' wholesome but very ordinary and not to what we expect on a modern cruise ship. To run out of ice cream and not have a last night formal serving of lobster tails and baked Alaska was almost unforgivable!
The and breakfast and lunch bistro had consistently cold and very plain food on offer, again well below the 'normal' fair on cruise ships. To have 'bubble and squeake' served as a'feature' meal at lunch was surprising to say the least!!!
A lot of passengers contracted Norovirus and a very aggressive flu which put us in bed for 2_3 days.
Based on our crusing experience we could not recommend this ship to others due to the limited food quality, poor customer service and the problems with the health of many passengers.
