i just sailed on the carnival fascination on oct 27th-nov 1 out of jacksonville fl.i live about a 1/2 hour drive from the port easy to get to no traffic.
embarkation was relative long due to computers or cameras not all working caused a backup with the lines.was on ship in about an hour .rooms were all ready by then so we did not have to wait for those to be done.
stateroom was m73 and had enough storage for everything bathroom had good shower pressure bed was very comfy and the stateroom very clean.
this cruise was on halloween and there was a ton of kids on board some of them were very rude and did not care about any rules for adult venues after hours.carnival needs to enforce this. waterpark was closed most of the time due to high winds so they were all in the whirlpools all the time.
dinning was good to very good on this ship i would highly reccomend doing the chef tabel at least once it is very well worth it.dinning room was very good tabel was #265 behind the matrd station alexander and his team were great no
problems.the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful they do work very hard
to make everyone happy
due to sandy we switch coco cay with freeport did not care for freeport at all and then we did nassau went to atlantis impressed and did the queens staircase .
entertainment on board was good did not see any main shows.
disembarkation was nice and easy was off ship by 1100 .overall a great trip
