Our cabin was A LOT bigger than I thought it would be. I would say it was the size of your standard motel room. The closet was big enough to fit the crib inside, so our son had a nice quiet place to lay down at night. We pulled the sliding door almost closed when we laid him down and then opened it all the way up when we all went to bed so it wouldn't get too stuffy. This was very helpful since he went to bed at 7pm each night.
The balcony was also HUGE. All 4 of us could stand out on the balcony and not get in each others way. The only complaint I have is that the divider didn't go all the way to the floor, so the cigarette smoke from the cabin to our right kept blowing over to us. It ran us inside sometimes.
There is also a glass half wall that separates the king size bed from the couch/sofa bed. If one person is sitting at the head of the bed and talking to another person sitting at the top of the sofa, it is hard to hear one another. I can't think of any reason for this half wall other than decor.
The bathroom is very spacious and the water is HOT, HOT, HOT!!! There are signs that warn of scalding and they aren't kidding. I guess it's better than never getting hot.
We were very pleased with our Grand Suite and are now forever spoiled and will probably never want to be in an interior room ever again.
