This was our sixth cruise with Celebrity in the past few years [our 4th on the Eclipse and one each on the Solstice and Silhouette].
From embarkation to debarkation fourteen days later we were pampered in Celebrity style. Our check-in was very quick, friendly, and efficient. As we require wheelchair assistance for my lovely wife as person was provided shortly after check-in to assist us in boarding. Our suite was not yet ready so we were taken to the buffet where we enjoyed a very nice lunch and then went to our suite. We have occupied either suite 2130 or 2132 on all three ships. These suites are wheelchair accessible and friendly. They even offer a short ramp between the room and the outside veranda for easy access. The suite was spotless and we were greeted with not only the usual bottle of champagne and fresh fruit but a complimentary bottle of wine. Throughout the cruise our steward and his assistant kept our suite clean, fresh, and filled any of our suite needs.
Sky suite patrons get a full time butler. Our, Alwi, was superb. We have been very fortunate on each cruise to have excellent butlers. Alwi was right there with the other gentlemen. Whether it was room service, after dinner capochino, show reservations, restaurant reservations, or finding our "lost" extra wheelchair, we could not have asked for better.
One very nice addition was during the mandatory lifeboat drill, a ship's person came over to every handicapped person in our section in order to give us individual instructions and assistance. A very nice touch.
Our dining preference was early dining and table 106 [we knew from earlier cruises for it's very easy wheelchair access and a little separated from all the other tables]. Our waiter and his assistant were efficient and friendly and we found our time in the dinning room to be enjoyable. Food selections were to our taste and the food, itself, was excellent. I must commend to dinning room personnel specifically: Luis, our wine steward, who is the best that we have ever had on 27 cruises. His knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness is greater than words can express. The other is Mihaela, our bar server at our table. Even though we told Mihaela on our first night that we would only be drinking wine during the cruise - she came by every night to say hello and ask about our day. She is the first person in 27 cruises to do that. All our other bar servers totally ignored us after the first night.
We took advantage of both our suite dining perks and special offers to eat twice in the Tuscan Grill and three times in Murano's. The food and service is as good as you will find in any five star restaurant. The Murano lobster is to "die" for.
We used prearranged private tours at every port and will critic them on Travel Advisor.
Lastly, and certainly not least, is the ship's concierge, Rafael Fiadi, who constantly made the impossible: possible.
Whoops, I almost forgot: a very special thanks to those personnel on board the ship and those at corporate headquarters who arranged for the wheelchair accessible bus in Tenerife.
We are looking forward to our next three - already booked - cruises.
