The ship was a day late departing, the ship encountered a storm coming up from San Juan. Princess dealt with that very well, booking us a room at a Mid-town Manhattan hotel, $100 pp ship board credit and deducted one day per-diem pp from the rate we had paid.
Our inside cabin was very well designed, there is an open closet between the bedroom and bathroom with a tall set of drawers and a safe. There were other drawers in the bedside tables; we had more than enough space to store our belongings for a two week cruise.
This was our third cruise on Princess, and there is a definite and noticeable difference since Carnival has bought the line.
