Very enjoyable experience

Sail Date: October 2012
Destination: Canada & New England
Embarkation: Montreal

Embarkation was very well organized. Pleasant easy experience.

Cabin was clean and well laid out, although on the small side. Our assigned stewardess Gabriella was tremendous. Room was immaculate, and she always had a pleasant smile and kind word. Helpful with any questions / requests.

Food was excellent throughout the cruise.
Would like to especially recognize Ilija in the Crystal dining room. Pleasant, engaging, funny.
Would also like to recognize Vlade in the Crystal dining room who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.
Joseph always remembered our names and took great care of us during lunches at the Trident Grill.

The ship is well organized, the days well planned out.
We thought the evening entertainment quality was excellent.

We would look forward to traveling with Crystal again in the future. Less

Port and Shore Excursions

Arranged for private tour of Acadia National Park. Beautiful.

Fun port, but can see everything on a walking tour of just a few hours.

Great port for ability to take unguided walking trips from the ship. Great sights close-by. The Quebec Citadel is worth the walk (or you can take organized bus tour).
