Absolutely the worst ever vacation we ever been to. We went with friends on a 3 day cruise from Long Beach to Mexico and were very excited because it was our first time to go on a cruise.
What we saw on the internet and their brochures, we thought we gonna have the best vacation, but that wasn't meant to be.
Where can I start. OK. first of all the food was so disgusting and so little of it not mentioning the choice we had, anyone can find better food in a flee market or swap meet than what was on offer on the ship.
The second day the whole floor we were on stank of sewer smell.
There was a missing bath rope and we didn't know till one of our friends told us to call room service and have bring one to our room because if we would have left without telling them, they would have charged us a lot of money for the rope we didn't have. After we contacted room service a worker came in and said, oh I was wondering why I have an extra rope.
The entertainment literally sucked and there were more photographers on the ship harassing you to take pictures of you than they had cleaners.
They slam you with almost a $100 for tips and gratuity charges that they didn't deserve for the bad service.
All the plastic glasses they had stank of a horrible rancid meat smell.
We don't recommend this ship or the company to anyone.
