We arrived at the pier for embarkation at 12:30. It was hot and sunny and the line up was fairly long. Got to our room around 2 pm. Our luggage was at the room when we arrived. We then toured the ship and she was a beauty. We liked the layout much better than the Victory.

Our cabin steward Yani was great and was available to get us anything we required throughout the cruise. We had early seating for supper and our waiters were fantastic and it amazed me how they remembered the drink preferences after only the first evening. We had pre booked over the internet all of our excursions and car rentals.

Our first port was Kauai. We were picked up at the pier by Hawaii Movie tours. We were taken to the sites of the filming of Blue Hawaii, saw the Coco Palms, and the site of Gilligan's Island. The scenery was beautiful but we were disappointed in the tour and would not really recommend to others as there is much more to see and do on this island..
