first day,queens grill,filthy table in kings ct,food not edible lunch.blood stains on pillow,no top sheet no kleenex,3 trips by staff to correct,surly concierge,difficult wait staff in queens grill,we should have disembarked in boston.
The planetarium was inoperable,had been for more than a month or more,1 of 4 reasons we chose this venue.No prior communications.No video game room also advertised.
The cunard shore excursions were a total disappointment,halifax had an ADD guide,locked church all on board bus were angry, cancelled all remaining,would have been happy to pay twice the price not to go.We scheduled 3 private tours through our travel agent all were great.
Fish and chips in pub also not edible server disappeared,same happened to table mates day before.
Wood shims all over stateroom,bulkheads deck,art work,in seas, room squeaked horribly. the captain announced that we had Engine problems,no hot water 2 times when most needed.I doubt stablizers were deployed as we tried to make up time in rough seas.valet service losr collar stays and broke off buttons ,had to redo slacks crease on side,not front as indicated.
Our table mates were fun,especially when no one could cut the beef wellington,it was deplorable,the fish items were good as well as the side dishes.We though we booked the dorchester and got a holiday inn,Queens grill
