Traveled with children

What a horrible cruise to go on if you are traveling with children younger than 3, or elderly guests. First, when we booked the cruise, we were told by the travel agent that we would probably be able to change our second seating (8:30 or 9 pm) to main seating (6 pm). After numerous conversations (every day) with our concierge, the maitre d', the head waiter, the guest relations manager, etc., we still did not manage to get one night in the main seating.

Second, we were never told that children had to be potty trained to go into the pools.

Third, there were no programs for children under 3, except for a 45 minute Fisher Price session, which involved singing two songs, reading one book, playing with one toy and coloring one piece of paper. There were no playrooms or areas sectioned off for the children to play.
