Flew into Orlando a day early and used TRavelynx to take us to Cocoa Beach. Had a problem with Delta damaging our luggage but when we got outside they were wating for us. Had a van with a trailer for luggage.
Stayed at the Hampton Inn. Nice clean Inn even remodeling the lobby. Short walk to the beach on a nice walkway. Several restaurants within walking distance.
Travelynx picked us up about 10 in a large tour bus and took us to the pier. Was hardly anyone there and were on the ship in 15 minutes or so, used platinum perk.
Dream was a nice ship and we had a cove balcony and loved it. Would do every cruise if available. There didn't seem to be lines at the times we ate. The burrito bar was slow wjth one person there. Main dining room was VERY SLOW. On the first night did not get two things I ordered. Room steward was ok, nothing special. Never did get the gifts in the bathroom. We had no TV until after dinner the first night and never did have any network stations.
Used luggage express and it worked fine. Travelynx was at the pier and took us to the airport in a nice Mercedes bus.
Dream was kind of what we expected and all in all we had a nice relaxing time. Would do the Dream again, especially a cove cabin.
