Great Cruise

Sail Date: September 2012
Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean
Embarkation: Barcelona

Just back from a seven night cruise on the Norwegian Epic from Barcelona. We have only done one cruise previously with MSC Eastern med, loved the destinations but hated the cruise company, deceided to give cruising one more try and see if it was for us. Absolutely delighted we did, Norwegian Epic was in a different class to MSC and can now see why people love crusing.

Everything from the cabins (really comfy beds)to the service, food, entertainment was absolutely fantastic. There is a huge amount of choice in all food options and entertainment so you can never be hungry or bored !! There was very rarely any queues for seats at dining time and on the rare ocassion there was it was dealth with very effeciently and quickly.

In fact it never felt like there was over 4,000 people on board, even at the poolside there was always plenty of space and nevr felt busy, the adult pool is a great area and lovely and relaxing.

Also to mention the smoking in the casino, its More not really an issue and not that bad at all, this would have been something we were concerned about but really other reviews have blown this out of porportion.

I really cant speak highly enough of the fantastic, friendly, happy team that work on this ship, it is fantastic to see such great customer service.

I would absolutely go on another NCL cruise

Just to mention the ports compared to the Eastern Med are a little bit disappoing Less
