Did this cruise last year and loved it. Didn't get the same feeling this time.
Embarkment was a long wait. We stood in line for 2hrs. They said once we got on ship we could get lunch the lines were way too long. They just weren't ready for us. Our room was nice but the view was obstructed by a scaffold and we paid the same price as a room that had full view.
Food was ok sides were repeats every night. This was on the Lido deck. Dinning room was better but still not up to par.The help in dinning room was a lot more friendly then then on the Lido Deck. They all walked around like they were mad at someone. Our cabin steward was wonderful.
Last year there were great samples in the bathroom not this year. Got my robe out( the one they provide) and it had a hole in it big enough to put your toe thru same with a wash cloth I went to use one evening.
Movies were old but it was nice to sit out on deck and enjoy the nite air.
We didn't hit the shows because it is so crowded.
All said don't think we will do this one again. Maybe a different cruise line.
This ship needs an overhaul.
