Hi All. We're back from the cruise to the Western Caribbean. For the most part I was very happy with the over all experience being this was my first cruise. I know I will definitely go on another cruise not sure if it will be carnival or not.

I won't go in to boring details of how nice things were but I will go in to some detail of the things I found to be bothersome. The elevators, extremely slow. The cabin only problem I had was only one electrical plug in the room and one in the bathroom that stated to only plug in electric razors. The service over all was very good until it came to dinner. We were in the spirit dining room at table 262 and all as i can say is god help you if you get the head waiter we did. His name was Leonard. I believe his tag said he was from St. Vincent. He had a serious attitude problem. Every night he would serve me last an it was not because of the seat I chose as each night i picked a different seat at the table. He stood there with the look on his face while not dealing with our table as if he were too good to be serving us. He made dinner very uncomfortable.

On a very happy note there was one crew member that made my trip great and his name was Franciscous. I believe that is how to spell his name. He was the person who brought the alcoholic drinks and soda to our dinner table. He was just a all around great person. He always had a smile on his face. The first night at the table he knew every ones names an didn't forget it for the entire cruise to me that is impressive as to the amount of people he has to serve. After dinner we usually went to the (Xanadu lounge)-spelling? for open mic. He also served in there. So for what Leonard lacked Franciscous made up for. Read more
