Embarkation and debarkation was efficient and smooth. Port staff very nice.
Ship - overall in good shape. Staff kept it as clean as possible.
Stateroom - comfortable. No hair dryers.
Entertainment - excellent. The shows were a great surprise.
Food- Lido not so great. Long lines, sloppy, rude (like they never ate before) people, undercooked and greasy food.
Dining Room - excellent. Food good, staff exceptional.
Bogart's Cafe - Great!
Sushi - not that good- no variety - open odd hours.
Staff Overall - helpful and accommodating.
Serenity Deck - not very serene - loud and obnoxious people gave little opportunity for relaxation. Would not dare step a foot in the hot tubs.
Pools - over crowded with rowdy, uncontrolled kids.
Gym - was nice- good equipment - never crowded - many programs have fees. Walking track so so.
The Clientele- The ship has a definite party atmosphere. Like a frat house. Adults and children running wild with no sense of decorum.
Overall - enjoyable - would sail again.
