Arrived at the pier at 11:30 and we were on the ship by 12:40 there was a line but it moved fairly quick. Our cabin was ready so we went there first to check it out. It was not overly big but it was nice. The bed was hard and so we asked for and got a egg crate type pad put on and I guess it helped a little. They need to replace the mattress, it was just worn out. The size of the bathroom was pretty small but okay for a week.

The Balcony was wonderful. I am so glad we had it. None stop views!!!!!! Alaska is beautiful. We went to a few shows on the ship and decided that the show from our balcony was better. The weather was wonderful so we had Sunsets that were awesome. The Mountains,Waterfalls,Eagles,Whales etc...so much beauty to take in.

We had Anytime dining and made reservations each night to fit with our plans for the day. The food was for the most part was good, some meals better than other. We did the Horizon Buffet one time and found it very chaotic with people going all directions and one lady tasting food with her fingers before putting it on her plate so we had the rest of our meals in the dining room or at the International Cafe. Both were pretty good.
