We recently returned from our April 1, 2005 sailing of the NCL Spirit. It was the exotic Southern Caribbean itinerary (9 nights / 10 days). I will start by saying that is was our third sailing with NCL and we are very big fans of Freestyle Cruising. Overall we have always enjoyed the freedom of choice for not only our dinner times, but also our options of restaurants on board.
