This Cruise is an absolute blast
Leading up to this cruise my wife and i frequently read reviews about this cruise and were concerned about some of the negative comments people wrote. Well i have to say that this was one of the best weeks i have had in a long time. If you can not have fun on this cruise you should serious seek professional help. My wife and I went with another couple and we all had a great time.
First, if you are from Mass, one of the best things about this cruise is that you show up in Southie, board the ship in about 40minutes and the fun instantly begins. The band is playing, the grills are going, and the drinks are being served the instant you step foot on the ship. All of the drinks were great, we all thought the food was fantastic for a cruise ship. None of us had the expectation that we would be at the Capital Grill for 7 nights, we All had realistic expectations and felt the food value warranted what we paid for the cruise.
By far, one of the best things on this cruise was the More entertainment, the band southside was one of the most versatile bands i have ever listened to. The cruise director paul scally and his team were great in getting the crowds fired up and involved. Magician Justino was great as were the other variety shows we attended.
The room size was great, could put luggage under the bed, plenty of room. We had a balcony which i felt was worth the extra money. The cabin steward was very accommodating and everyone on the ship was happy to help you with any questions. Spa and gym were excellent, great running track on the ship and walking on the 7th deck is great.
Overall, a great time. If you are thinking about booking this cruise and are on the fence about it because of some of the other reviews on this site please trust me, you will not be disappointed. Less
