My husband and I just came back from a wonderful vacation aboard the Norwegian Star. This was our second time sailing with NCL. We have sailed with Royal Caribbean in the past, however; we enjoy the freestyle dining and many options that NCL hast to offer.

We found the ship to be well kept. The crew worked very hard each day cleaning and painting to enhance the ship.

We dined most nights in the main dining room. There were several different options on the menu each night. Our favorite was the lobster offered the first night. Also, the soups and salads were excellent. We also dined in La Cucina and found that to be a wonderful experience. The buffet was your typical buffet food. We ate breakfast there most mornings.
