First time Thomson cruisers and somewhat disappointed with the overall ship. Cabin staff (Chris & Natalya) very good, I arrived on board on my birthday and the towel art & birthday greeting were much appreciated.
No tea/coffee making facilities in cabin and safe had to be paid for!! Mattress didn't fit the bed base properly but this did not detract from a good night's sleep. Toilet/shower area left a lot to be desired.
Buffet area a bit of a disaster - no trays and not enough room to accommodate the masses who gathered there and tables not cleared once vacated!! Service in Seven Seas & Four Seasons much more organised with Four Seasons staff being absolutely brilliant, food choice was excellent and very tasty with a bit of cabaret thrown in for good measure!!!
Entertainment was very good, comedian Phil Doyle's 2 shows were brilliant but the 'order' in the Jubilee Lounge could have been better. The seating arrangement in this area is far from ideal.
A walk around the More
promenade deck was fine early in the morning but was like an obstacle course as the day went on.
The cruise itinerary was good but the ship didn't have the WOW factor, we heard many favourable comments about other Thomson ships namely the Destiny, Dream & Celebration but whether we will cruise with Thomson again is debatable. Less

Booked outside plus cabin (627)with picture window in middle of ship at a cost of £39 to pre-book but had a similar cabin (703) towards front of ship and had a refund but it was ok. Wardrobe & bathroom space a bit limited, mattress didn't fit bed base but bed was comfortable. Brown water came out of taps one morning, cabin steward said it could be 'rust', it was sorted out during the day.
Once again did our own thing and found a small beach just around the corner from the port unfortunately it got rather crowded as the morning went on. The shopping area was quite nice to stroll around with nobody nagging you to buy something.
