After a 13 hour flight from New Zealand , we arrived in Vancouver and checked into the Century 21 Plaza and Spa , very surprised to be offered a complimentary upgrade to the 26th floor and an executive suite--accepted with pleasure !

Easy commute next morning to the terminal and then the 2 hour process began-- kind of expected that because we were heading into American territory and us 'outsiders' get quite a 'grilling' !!

Once on board we found our room -- felt a little claustraphobic at first , but soon got over that,after we went navigating the ship ( with our map )-- maybe a GPS would have been handy , as we were forever taking the wrong way !! Read more
