Just to let you know, we have been on eight cruises, 4 Celebrity, 1 Princess and 3 Carnival. Celebrity Century was my favorite ship, now it is the Millennium.

The cabin was great, good location, plenty of space, wonderful balcony. We left the door open at night and could hear the ocean. Had no trouble sleeping at all. Our room was kept very clean and anything we needed, all we had to do was ask and it was provided. Excellent housekeeping staff.

The food was very good in all locations that we tried. We ate dinner in the main dining room each night. Excellent service and dishes were well prepared. Would have liked to have had a few more chicken choices, but overall very good. Buffet was also good, as was the made to order pizzas, the pasta, the deli sandwiches and of course the hamburgers, fries and hot dogs. There is a small pastry shop that has pastries in the morning and cookies and various desserts in the afternoon. I don't remember which floor it was on, but in the morning they had warm croissants with chocolate in them. They were fantastic!!!
