What a great cruise.
Equinox is a fantastic ship and we were impressed right from boarding.
An easy checkin, followed by drinks, fresh wet towels, smiles galore.
We boarded and were handed a glass of sparkling wine. Knowing our rooms were not ready, we went directly to the buffet restaurant for great fresh food and friendly staff.
The staff were helpful, clean, friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and they make it seem like they want to be there.
We have sailed with Celebrity before and knew what to expect but feel Equinox staff were even more on the ball.
This time we opted for Aqua Class and were not disappointed. Close to the spa, it was easy to navigate around the ship. We were also impressed with Blu, it was nice to eat at whatever time we desired and not have to dine with 2000 other people. We also made use of the specialty restaurants which were all great and well worth the extra money.
Going Aqua Class meant we didnt need to take a dinner suit, a jacket and tie was more than sufficient.
Equinox staff were well organised and great at getting information to us. It was easy organising tours and finding where we were supposed to be. The staff were fantastic and extremely well selected. Well done
