Trip overall was great. arrived in ft Lauderdale on Sat and shuttled from Hampton on Sunday. Carnival asked everyone to arrive after 130 as there is terminal work going on. arrived about 130 and completed checking in in thirty minutes
First port on Monday was Key West and everything was good there as i stayed on board. brother had great time in port.
Wed was sea day and good day on Board.
Wed arrived in Grand Cayman and had great time on shore sight seeing.
Left port and told we wer not going to Jamacia as had a generator problem affecting the speed of ship and we were going to Couzamel. Was not really upset about change until found out that they had same problem on earlier cruise. They knew they had a problem and prayed it would not repeat. Their prayers wer not answered. Carnival did give everyone fifty dollars and taxes rebate. Couzamel was great but really messed up other peoples plans foe Jamacia,
Arrived home on time and disembarked in thirty minutes.
Cabin steward was great as always and Wait staff was great also, Never had a problem with either,
Food in Chic was great as usual. Lido deck gets worse on each trip on each ship.
Codition of the ship is not as good as the last trip seems that they are starting to have problems with equipment such as elevators.
Balcony was wet every morning, figured out they must
washing decks and pushing water on us. Got wet some during the day on dripping water on us on Balcony.
Overall trip was good , but think carnival has stopped doing their surveys at trip end beacuse getting to many negative comments.
