The Cruise -- The cruise was everything we expected it to be. No unpleasant surprise. There were too many people though, way too many for our liking. But Princess did an admirable job in keeping this crowd entertained and fed. We felt pampered and well taken care of.

Embarkation and Disembarkation -- Need improvement here. We were at the dock around 1 p.m. and did not get into our room until around 2:30 p.m. There was no fruit punch, orange juice or champagne to greet us at anytime. We were directed to the elevators once we boarded the ship, and had to look for our cabin, which was not a big deal because we had cruised before and never went anywhere without our bottled water. However, it could be a problem with some people, especially during the warmer months.

Debarkation was not any better. We were asked to leave our cabin no later than 8 a.m., but weren't able to get off the ship until 10:35 a.m. Again, available seats were very limited. People have no place to sit while they waited.
