Here are a few random thoughts based on my experience:

-Dining with Ariel/Jorge/Franco in Botticelli was flawless! I never had an empty plate sit in front of me for more than 60 seconds. When I commented to Ariel that the jalapeno sauce wasn't very spicy, he brought me chopped jalapenos the rest of the week. We all really enjoyed the food. The baked Alaska parade on the last night was wonderful. Sabatini's was good, but service in the regular dining room was far superior.

-Belize was late, with most excursions cancelled, we started to venture outside the cruise terminal, but then thought better of it. Belize City made me a bit uncomfortable. Later in the cruise, I talked with a Texas State Trooper, who confirmed my unease, so it wasn't just me.
